2300 S Clayton Street Project

This project was chosen for the 2014 University Park Home Tour. Many pictures were gathered by the home owners and submitted for this Craftsman Style (with some modifications)design. The front door was styled after an early 1800 design. The Master deck was also from an old image. The box beam ceiling adds a warm feeling, as do the distressed large pocket doors that separate the living area from the light airy library. The Stair wood paneling hide the basement access, a secret door! Transom windows grace each of the interior doors. The kitchen wall curves above the sink to meet the ceiling. The wall has artfully laid subway tile. The Breakfast noon, with it's built in benches provide additional storage. More pictures will follow, but the entry door should invite you back!
